Please read these conditions carefully before using our online shop. By placing an order you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.



Customers or visitors to this web site are referred to as “You” or “Your”. Churchill a brothers is referred to as “Us” or “We”.

Order Confirmation and Payment
All payments are processed through Paypal. We will confirm your order by email and give you an estimated delivery date.


Dispatch Policy

We aim to deliver goods within 7 working days if there is likely to be any further delay we will inform you of this when we email confirmation of your order. If you need an item quicker please contact us by email or by telephone. We will deliver items through a courier and all packages will be tracked an fully insured against loss and damage. Our standard charges to deliver to most of the UK are detailed below. Additional charges will apply for delivery to The Highlands, Islands and to Northern Ireland. Packages will require a signature upon delivery and we will need a contact phone number. Please supply your telephone number and any special delivery instructions when you make payment or in a separate email.


Delivery Charges

For orders of value up to £20,  P&P will be £6.50
For orders of value between £20 - £50, P&P will be £8.50
For orders of value between £50 - £150, P&P will be £10
For orders of value over £150, P&P will be FREE


Damage and Tracing Parcels

In the event that your order is damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If the exterior packaging is found to be damaged on delivery please sign "checked and found to be damaged" on the couriers paperwork.

On opening your parcel and subsequent use of the contents if they prove to be damaged please contact us and we will arrange collection and replacement or refund. We reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with the loss should the item reported damaged not infact be damaged.

If orders are considered by us to be lost in transit after a reasonable period of time has elapsed we shall at our discretion either refund or resend the order.

Should you fail to collect a parcel or re arrange delivery of your parcel after a failed delivery attempt and the parcel is returned to us by the post office or courier then you will incurr a further postage charge for us to re send the parcel back to you.

All prices quoted are in £ Sterling. We endeavour to ensure that the information shown on the web site is as accurate as possible however we cannot guarantee that information and offer no warranties as to the accuracy.We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those regarding price. We reserve the right to make changes to our web site including prices, products and terms & conditions without any notice being given.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If for any reason goods ordered are not available you may be offered an alternative. This alternative will be offered by telephone or email. We will never ship an alternative product without obtaining authorisation beforehand.


Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any product that you have purchased from us you may return it to us, within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Provided it is returned in its original packaging and the product has not been used we will refund the entire purchase price excluding the cost of postage or alternatively we will exchange the item for you.

If your order is returned damaged, not in the original packaging or used, we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with that loss.
